I am down 1 pound. Seems I keep loosing and gaining this same pound. I want this week to be different. I will not stop trying. I have come too far!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1749 kcal Fat: 41.45g | Prot: 60.25g | Carb: 303.52g.   Breakfast: Morning Glory Muffins, fresh orange, tea, banana. Lunch: vinegar, 100% grapefruit juice, salad, can pineapple, Tuna, Baked Lays. Snacks/Other: fresh apple, fresh celery, Jiff peanut butter, grapefruit juice, string cheese, fresh baby carrots, fresh banana, vinegar, baked lays. more...

You will conquer this plateau! I know you can do it! Just keep doing the wonderful job you know how to do! It will come eventually! So proud of you and you are an inspiration for sure! Keep threatening to get on the bike because you are always telling me about your riding! Maybe when I get caught up on the TM. LOL
