Today I feel cranky I think it's because I am not eating breakfast or I am just really focusing to much on the diet also I am trying to not have any pop but that is one thing I like to have once a day. Dieting is so hard, then u have no sun shine in a few days so 😳
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
