Its been a while since I've been on here. Lots of stuff has happened to me in the last 2 years. I got a real nasty intestinal infection and lost 70#s in a few months. I completely changed my eating habits. I gave up sugar and starches and have kept the weight off until now. For whatever reason I feel the need to sabotage myself and gain the weight back. I stopped working out and began to eat more and more. I am a food addict. When you have to hide it from others you have a problem. I am ashamed. I'm going to get married for the first time in a few months and my wedding dress is too tight. Not cool at all. I have to lose this weight super fast. I keep putting it off and putting it off. Now I have 3 months to do it. So its hard core exercise and less food until I lose 30#s. Wish me luck!
