I am starting back over again and I haven't lost any weight from teh last time I declared I was going to lose weight. Now I am real serious and hoping I have the strength to not give in to food. I am hating myself right now and it doesn't help. Today I started back over on my low carb diet and I think I did good. I am feeling a little grouchy and hungry right now. I really do need to go grocery shopping for healthy foods I can eat. Today feels like a new beginning and I am going to start making myself accountable for what goes in my mouth and what I do and don't do.
