So I would say this week only OK. I had a lot of room for improvement. I lost my fire I had going last week. I went 3 miles Thurs, Fri, and today. Went Two miles yesterday. Missed Saturday and Monday. Monday I talked myself out of waking up, and if I don't wake up and get er done, then it doesn't happen later. Tues, I was so close to giving into sleeping in. Then I woke up enough to realize that my excuse of "I have no clean exercise clothes" was a horrible excuse. I pulled on some stinky shorts and 45 min later I was FINALLY on the treadmill. Only went two miles, but I'm glad I made myself do it, cuz it made this morning much easier to wake up I think.

Anyway eating could have been better. I've been having seconds even though I haven't been hungry. I can always tell when I've had too much to eat, cuz I'm not hungry for the next meal. Which I usually end up having anyway. I haven't been sticking to my treat free rule either. I would like to be more consistent with that one.

I'm actually OK with my weight this week. Last week was such good surprise that a little gain didn't hurt my feelings, however it did remind me that I'm not invincible, so hopefully a little wake up call. I mean, realistically I could have been 148 this week.

So in order to lose a lb this week I am going to continue running 3 miles 6 days. I'm going to eat small healthy meals, with snacks only when I'm hungry (not craving).

149.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Even if you didn't do as much as you wanted, remember you are still inspiring others like myself. I wish I could run 3 miles a day. I'm doing well to get 2 miles in with the C25K that I started over from the beginning. Starting week 4 tomorrow....

Oh, and I don't run the whole 3 miles, Becky. I walk some of it, and this week I have been walking most of it. As long as I get on the treadmill, or just exercise at all. I'm happy!
