Ate a good, healthy dinner and kept it down.

Scared of weighing myself tomorrow, im sure I will be over 105 (old target) as have had 2 days of eating, but I guess it has to be done. Im fasting tomorrow as well so hope to keep myself in check, I can also weigh Friday morning, after fast, as that might be better news!

Had a good run session at lunch - a newbie turned up, who is a very senior manager - I think she enjoyed the session and my advice so that was good.

Easy day tomorrows, just yoga, then gym on Friday.
Just hope the scales show some good numbers tomorrow...i feel big, so glad tomorrow is a fast.
