Challenges seem to be helpful so far. Everytime I have that urge to eat out of frustration or impulse I'm reminded that I'm going to be held accountable for what I do. This is my first time doing this and I can feel the difference.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
