1577 kcal Fat: 34.28g | Prot: 196.86g | Carb: 115.47g.   Breakfast: 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Orange Juice, green onions, Fresh Spinach, athenos feta cheese. Lunch: Hillshire Farm Low Sodium Turkey, roma tomato, Wishbone Greek Vinaigrette, Baby Spinach, Frigo String Cheese. Dinner: boneless chicken wing, kraft olive oil mayo, Young Green Onions (Tops Only) , tilapia, celery, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: skim milk, banana, Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar, Six Star Casein Protein Triple Chocolate, Clementines. more...
