ranchwoman's Journal, 30 January 2013

January is gone so now I am restarting again-I guess this is like quitting smoking as long as you keep trying you will eventually succeed. The first week and a half I was teaching and too tired at night. The second and third weeks I have been sick. Today was the first day I actually felt like getting back on the stationary bike. Felt good. Now to keep at it. I start babysitting my grandkids again Friday so I will have to work hard Sunday through Thursday as I am not home Friday and Saturday. So help me along fellow FS members. I really can do this.

Welcome back. Unfortunately there are not secrets to weight loss, its just keeping at it until you find something that works for you. It has to be something that you can sustain for the rests of your life without feeling deprived. I have stalled and stuggling with dropping my calories, rather than fighting it and probable losing, I'm going to maintain until I can get my head into the right space and cut back without feeling like I'm starving.

even one day of exercise is farther along then where you started. :) You will make it just make the time. You won't regret spending time on your health!
