Yesterday, went to my friend's job and walked 5-flights of stairs and walked 7 laps around the building. No excuses, exercise is a MUST. My body is finally craving exercise and my clothes are looks which is a great motivator. I am so happy to be on this journey!!
219.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
