I HIT GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not hit a major weight loss goal since I was in my early 20's. At that time I was running 4 miles a day and eating nothing! I truly thought that this was not possible, and not in a healthy way. I thought I was destined to be bigger my whole like. I'm skinny! Infact I'm on my way to being down right tiny! My heart is soaring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lost 33.5 lbs in 6.5 months. I have never stuck so closley to a diet ever. I can make this my forever way of life and it is worth it!

Obviously my body was ready to work out. It has really reacted well to these last two days of working out.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, this is HUGE cause for a happy dance! Congratulations!!! I"m just beginning my journey and reading your journal has been very helpful. Just hang in there is my takeaway, even if I hit plateaus.
