Gave in to temptation and cravings yesterday. Ate chips and donuts for supper...I paid for it all night long! I could hardly sleep for indigestion and a belly ache. I haven't eaten that stupidly in a long time! Trust me, after last night, I will not be eating like that again! Starting today on a new foot. Drinking a sprite to settle my stomach, but that's the only bad thing I'll allow myself for today. Gonna stick to my calorie limit. Shouldn't be hard to do. I don't even want to think about food right now!! :(

:( I learned my lesson once too with fried okra. My belly hurt for hours. I had to walk off the ache. Lesson learned though right?

I've been there too. When you do so well for so long it only takes one time of eating fast food, or any other junk to make you feel terrible. At least you learned your lesson so you can move on and keep making good choices. ;)

It's crazy how things I used to eat now make me feel crappy almost immediately after consumption, and not just emotionally crappy. If you need help with your tummy, try chewing a stick of gum, sugar free of course. I always keep some gum on hand, minty, cinnamon, any flavors, really. I have found that when I feel a stomach ache coming on from bad food choices or a larger meal, I chew gum and it settles my tummy and aids in digestion. It's the mastication of the gum that produces enzymes in your saliva. This helps right your gasto-woes naturally. All else fails, Gaviscon. Good luck and I hope you feel better!

Definitely learned my lesson! Don't think I'll crave anything like that again for a long time!! My stomach has been very sensitive today, and have often felt queasy. Trying to get over the sinus infection and being on antibiotics doesn't help either.
Dani~ I've been chewing gum today and had been feeling better, but didn't realize it was because of the gum. Great information to know! Thanks!

Gum saves my butt from eating crap all the time. I love cinnamon.

I'm slowly but surely getting better. My sinuses are still attacking me, and my tummy's been if-y all week. I'll start to feel better, then suddenly get very sick. Hoping some R&R this weekend will help!
