I'm not taking the time to do the above challenge goals and it's hurting me. I was losing, feeling good and then I sabotage myself and I'm back where I started :( I must figure out what works for me and stick to it! So do I break it down: work on food choices and then get the excercise or the other way around?
189.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

on diet Mayo Clinic Plan   gaining 2.0 lb a week


trying to get started back on my program!!! I did so good and I will not gain this all back!!! I am excited to have some support, as I live alone... I will work on the water, and I will do 30 min three time a week, I like to play tennis, do weights and the glider or eliptical at the gym and I have a teadmil at my house.. I just have to DO IT!!! LOL
