Well-kinda go up and down--I had a BIG fall out last Friday night but figured out it was still about 2200 calories so not MAJOR(boy have I had some in my life) so I hardly ate sat and sunday and I was up to 199--how depressing. Well I had personell training started Mon Jan 21 and I did a punch fitness class that night and I weighed myself Tues and I was 193.8 Yea and today 192.8--but I usually just eat a big bowl of cereal at night--I really should eat normal stuff and stop drinking Diet Pepsi
192.8 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
