Lizzie983's Journal, 30 January 2013

I have been to my family doctor yesterday. It seems I have a flu-like virus, so his advice is to stay at home for a few days. I am only supposed to sleep, rest and don't do much, with both body and mind. Of course it lasted only few hours... I am already planning to try making smaller two pairs of my "fat trousers", since they are still quite new. All in all, sewing it's not too much effort.
He told me not to worry about the huge weight loss of the past week, since it's mainly water.
I will miss seeing this numbers when the water-weight will come back...
He also allowed me to start eating "normally", so I introduced fruit since yesterday! It tastes so darn good!! I had fresh orange juice and I made a super simple banana smoothie for breakfast today. It was delicious!!
I feel only tired and deezy, cramps in my belly are gone.
No swimming this week (2nd week in a row). Maybe I'll go climbing on Friday afternoon, if I feel better.

What else? I spent the morning looking at hotels and trains, since I would like to go to Prague or Berlin for a weekend with my dear partner (we are dating since two months... is partner the right word?).

Partner works fine and it sounds better. Here they call them boyfriends. How many people really took the time to be friends first??? lol! I am happy to know it isn't anything major. Yay for getting to eat fruit again too! Other than being sick I think between the weight loss and fruit your week has went pretty well. Hope your better by Friday!
