So de-motivated re all this at the moment. I was doing really well last week and then we had a family get together. The lure of the wine was too much and, having had a few drinks, I then let myself eat to my hearts content. Problem is my mother-in-law is a great cook. Anyway, Sunday was bad and then that has followed on until today. Took the kids out to Pizza Hut yesterday (bad move), although I was good and had a salad and a pizzetta (about 460 calories). However, got home, kids went to bed, husband to play football and the cupboard was a big temptation. I gave in and ate everything unhealthy that you could think of - crisps, biscuits, chocolate. Feeling really bad about it today and food is all I can think about. I have to get off the path of self destruction and eat to live, not live to eat! So, today is a new day and have reset the diet. I'm far too demotivated by an upward graph. Positive thinking, fruit if I feel tempted and some exercise at home. No classes today, so have to use the exercise bike instead. I know I can do this, I've done it before. Just need the strength to get through the first week and the determination to carry on after that. I WILL do better, I have to as I know this yo yo dieting is so bad for me.
