I think dieting is hard. It takes a long time to put food together for the day when you cut out calories. But I know that being accountable for what you put in your mouth is a key ingredient to success and it is so easy to consume more calories than I need in a day thus for I stay chubby. I find it hard to want to exercise and I have all kinds of equipment right here in my home but getting started is the hard part. I told my self all day that what do I want more? To eat that or to be able to fit into smaller clothes, or to look and feel better this summer? Saying that did help. I made better choices. I did't get a full nights sleep last night and I know that I tend to eat more poorly and want too eat snacky foods or grab cheese (oh how I love cheese).... But today I did ok and tomorrow is another day to try harder. Woo hooo.

You can do this!! After being off the wagon for the last couple of months I'm back trying to get back into the routine of healthy eating and exercise. It is hard, but worth it when you have more energy and feel better. I try to plan my days out ahead of time, but it doesn't always work, so I just watch what I'm eating throughout the day and do my best. Good luck!!
