My plan today: Exercise at least one hour on the elliptical. Do some yoga. Only drink water today- no iced tea!
So far this whole dieting thing is going great. I've lost 1.6 pounds which I know doesn't seem a lot but in one week- that's a lot , at least for me! My goal this week is to lose at least 1.4 pounds. That would make me finally have lost 3 pounds! I'm really trying hard to lose those pounds, but sometimes I lack motivation. Anyways I'm not really changing anything as far as my nutrition. I'm just cutting my portions- which I actually find myself liking. At the end of the meal I find myself full but not so full that I feel like I'm going to explode like when I use to before I started cutting portions.
