I'm hoping to get a grip on my wt. I feel so bloated from eating poorly. In October I was feeling leaner although my muscles were shrinking from lack of use. Clothes fit better at 116 lbs. my body felt more agile
122.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
