I think I am finally getting the concept of healthy living. It's a journey, not a destination. So, here I go...back to logging food...portion control, exercise and seeking wisdom from those who've chosen similar journeys...

Good luck,Reiki. you & i are very similar in situation, age, we're both grandmothers too. my journey began September 28 & I've lost 30 lbs. It's work, but every day it's a bit easier. l too had to come to understand it's a journey, and man, it's a trip! I am loving the scenic route!
