It's been happening to me also. Don't let it discourage you. The only part I feel worth anything is if you feel better and losing something is better than nothing (or gaining). If you are lifting heavy weights you will lose less because you may be putting on some muscle. That was my problem originally. I started using a flexible tape measure to measure parts of my body to see if my stomach, legs, and neck are shrinking. That's the best way to tell. Keep it up! :)
