So dissapointed that the scale not really moving :( the whole january im steady with those numbers and just drop 1 lbs!
dont know what im doing wrong..
but still hoping to get nice result next month.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
on diet Aj4everbemine's own diet   losing 0.9 lb a week


It's been happening to me also. Don't let it discourage you. The only part I feel worth anything is if you feel better and losing something is better than nothing (or gaining). If you are lifting heavy weights you will lose less because you may be putting on some muscle. That was my problem originally. I started using a flexible tape measure to measure parts of my body to see if my stomach, legs, and neck are shrinking. That's the best way to tell. Keep it up! :)

Those last 10 pounds or so can take the longest and be the hardest to get off. Just dig your heals in and keep going. If you don't exercise and can, start. it can be your best friend with those last pounds.

It's important to trick your body. You have to super charge your metabolism and make sure you are not doing the same things everyday. Don't eat the same everyday and change up your activity everyday. It will happen!

tnx guys!!! i started actually lifting weights which is probably im not loosing any weight. if im going to detail everyday here my weight its like going up down up down up down and now i gained again and hopefully coming back tom. to its original number whew! this weight loss journey is really hard work!
