now I'm getting discouraged. I've lowered my intake, started up on some excersize & I gain weight right where I don't want it, my middle.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.9 lb a week

Are you doing workouts for your abs? I started working out my abs and my stomach bloated out like I was pregnant for three weeks. It will go down just keep working out.
