I am an emotional eater but I am changing that as of today, I no longer eat emotionally, I eat responsibly. I got on a scale for the first time in months and thoughts were, HOW AM I GOING TO LOOSE THIS MUCH WEIGHT? Well the answer seems to be, one day at a time and with my faith in God and Him being my guide, I WILL do it.
