There is no reason the scale should be up, I am working out, I am following my plan, it just annoys me to death.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Dont rely soley on results on scale, notice results on your body, the way you feel, and how your cloths fit. Keep your head up!

Thanks for the support... I have been really committed and the scale doesn;t agree with me.. I did atkins a yr ago, and have been thinking of going back but scared to gain weight.. since I have been eating a really clean , low carb diet... but also bored... and I loved eating atkins way.. ahhhh why is this so hard.
