Still recovering from Sunday's binge/cheat day. Feel bloated and slow. Worked out twice yesterday and skipped the treadmill this morning. Have to drink water and walk tonight.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 4.2 lb a week
