Good Tuesday Morning FS Buddies,
It is sunny and a bit warmer on "Fantasy Island" with a temp of -11C and a prediction of 6C with rain later tonight- weird weather.
Nothing new to report, still trying to convince myself to exercise, but it hasn't happened yet. I think February will have to be my renewal month, back on track with recording food,keeping within my RDI, drinking water and exercise. Gotta do it !!

It's a lot warmer here today! It's suppose to rain though but the high for the day is 7°C and tomorrow's high is 12°C...how fantastic is that! As for exercising, why not just walk to work? You've done that in the past. Maybe that will motivate you to do more. Good Luck!

It must be a January thing C - we all seem to be having the same problems. I'm going to give exercising a try tonight and also stay withing my RDI - got to start somewhere - good luck!!

The stores around here are putting swimsuits out already. I've been thinking about buying one just for motivation. Seeing my butt in something skimpy should scare me into keeping my hand from my mouth.

As usual when it warms up for you it cools off where I'm at, looking at wind chill warnings and blowing snow warnings today. Its hard to exercise when its cold and dark, I'm sure you will be back at it once the weather is better.

Winter is hard for many of us. It is always nice to have more outdoor choices in the summer. For now I get to the gym when I can (but the body needs recovery time too and work interferes all to often...) and I purposely park a distance from my office so I can walk, plus I take the stairs in my building. Don't forget to eat. Merely cutting back calories too much will positively ultimately result in lower metabolism. That is to be avoided at all costs, because then you will slip in to hungry mode and easily run a surplus. It is far better to take a substantial period eating plenty in balance and not gaining than to eat too little causing the metabolism drop. The body is very adaptive and clever!
