The leg is still sore but I manage to burn 500 calories on the bike, take a short break, and burn 500 calories more. I lost one of the two pounds back that I gained yesterday. Hopefully I can keep pushing until te Super Bowl.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
