On December 26, 2012 I suffered a stroke. No serious effects on my body; just numbness in my right ear, hand and foot. The doctor told me in no uncertain terms LOSE WEIGHT! GET OFF THE SOFA AND DO SOMETHIBG. I'm following instrutions.
