I'm a vegan and try to eat mainly raw food however in the cold windy winters it is hard not to add a little heat to the food I cook but mainly I'm raw food 80% of the time, I normally have oats, seeds, nuts for breakfast :)
I have always struggled with my weight and today is a way to make a change and prove to past bullies I am not the fat girl they once tortured me for being those few years ago!
My highest weight was 142lbs I am guessing and I have reached roughly 110lbs so far within a year :) Looking to get toned and become healthier within myself.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
