weight loss is slow but overall toning up and building muscle. Am going to cut right back on dinner this week to try to kick start past this plateau as have not lost anything for a week and a half. exercise levels are great so diet must be the culprit.
147.9 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
