2065 kcal Fat: 194.65g | Prot: 167.28g | Carb: 30.04g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, Fried Egg, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Jimmy Dean Hearty Sausage Crumbles. Lunch: Atkins Super Chili Bowl, Atkins Chicken Soup with Fennel and Spinach, 2% Milk American Cheese. Dinner: Chicken Wing Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Blue-Cheese Dipping Sauce (Atkins), Leafy Green Romaine, White Table Wine , Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, Italian Cheese Crisps (atkins new diet). Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Coconut Chocolate Candy, Sugar Free Toffee Squares. more...
