I am still here. Still tracking. I had a bad week last week. I did keep up w/ my low fat frozen foods and small portions but I did not track. A few cheat days because it is so hard for me when my time of the month comes around. I find my self more hungrier about a week before. Does this happen to anyone else? Is it harder to stay on track when your monthly visits? It is hard for me.
