Today is 1/28/2013. I am once again going to try to lose weight. I would like to stop sabotaging myself. Sugar continues to remain my weakness. I will begin exercising, even if just a little. Wow, I can't believe I am saying that. Exercise should be part of my daily routine, no excuses. I'll get there. For G.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If sugar is your weakness then don't buy it or have it around in the house. Or you know what happens. Hang tough. You can do it.
