I just try and stay focused. I remind my kids all the time, "I can't eat that". They are starting to get it. and I am really getting in the swing of exercising 3 - 4 times a week. I register that exercise on Fatsecret. I like to see how many calories I burn compared to daily intake. I belive, regardless of all this newfangled diets - tracking this element or that element, watching carbs or fat, blah blah blah - the real key to losing weight is to burn more calories daily than you take in.
