Finally losing some weight! It's not much but I feel like this platuea might be ending! It's been about a month since I've seen any signifigant weight loss. Since I really have not made any changes in the way I eat it's frustrating to see it not working! I really would like to keep losing. I have at least 10 lbs to go. I want to be under 130. If I settled in somewhere between 120-128. I'd feel great. As always I really do need to work on toning up. still really jiggly! I love to see another little loss tomorrow!
136.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
