Just found this site yesterday and am very happy to see it. I've been frustrated by the lack of places to keep all my food, exercise and weights recorded in one place. That usually knocks me off track the fastest. So, I am starting again from today. Most excited about entering food as I eat it during the day. Also being able to put my favorite recipes in my cook book and see how they stack up nutritionally. I'll share the better ones with you! LOL. Just joined the Walk the Dog challenge beginning tomorrow. My luck, it's supposed to rain! Ah well, it is January in Western NY. But my dog will enjoy it as much as I will.
