Entering into Week #4 and I am done 8.4 lbs and I have 4.6 to go. I am still very focused, working out and tracking my food. I went out to dinner for the first time since starting my new diet. It was a little rough but I navigated very well, normally, I would pig out but I indulged a little and worked out extra hard the following day. Looking forward to completion of week 6, then I can finally have a glass of wine.
