I am still losing steadily. This week I definitely didn't stick completely to my calorie counting or avoidance of alcohol and fried foods. But I worked out hard.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
