Weigh-in Monday! I hit my 50 pounds lost this morning. Clocked in at 222.2 ! If I was counting 10ths of a pound it would be more than 50 pounds but who's counting, right? I hope all of you are having the great success that I am. My keys have been the support of my Coach, Chris Cayo, my Fiance Carolyn , my friend and co-worker Andrew, Take Shape for Life and everything it brings.

I still have 22 pounds to go and am looking at the end of March to start transition.
