I'm new here. Starting EFS Mon. Oct 1st. Hubby and I have our first year anniversary coming up Sept. 30th so I know I would cheat bad. That's why I'm waiting. Plus that gives me shopping time! LOL I also need to come up with a workout rotation. I have so many workouts it's not funny. My fave is Yoga Booty Ballet. It's great. I recently got Slim in 6 and it's a pain but works. Anywho, hope to have great results with Fat Smash!
