Home made lentil soup for lunch! Great way of making soup to go- stick a bunch of veggies in a container, bring a stock cube. Fill with water and zap when needed and voila!Great for this weather. Problem is, who wants to walk to the gym in freezing stormy rain.. Had a relaxy weekend. Drinks at the birthday party, and that's it. Feeling good.
