Day 7 - ran 1/2 marathon in miami yesterday - ran 5 today - still on track with food and exercise -
no movement on scale yet but I know I'm mentally on the right track now and excited about things!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Count   gaining 1.4 lb a week
