I didnt log my food this weekend and when I don't I tend to not make the best food choices. I find it easier to log my food during the week because I'm at work at my computer all day.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
