Well, last time I weighed in was 205...but it spiked up over the holidays. I was up to 214! So to regain control of it and get back down to 205 already is actually something I'm pretty happy about. Headed in the right direction! I haven't really increased exercise too much (some, but not a crazy amount), but I am being much better about portion control and also trying diligently to drink my water. Just slogging along, doing the best I can!
