Following Dr Hyman's eating plan.. no dairy no gluten - inches and pounds lost easily, great energy level & more of a lifestyle
157.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
on diet Dukan Diet   losing 2.1 lb a week

Make sure your getting enough calcium. Not getting enough calcium now can seriously effect your bones as you age. I know you can get it through many veggies or a supplement.
