I don't know what is going on but I'm not losing weight like I have in the past with 1200 calories. I can tell a difference in the way my clothes fit & the way I look but the scale isn't moving very much at all. I'll give it another week then I'll get my thyroid med checked. Happy Monday!!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
