You're doing good, and you're right trying to give up smoking right now may not be the best time (im also a smoker that is trying to quit). What I have done is cut out certain cigs during the day - I'm now down to 7 a day and holding until after I get my weight down to where I want it, then I will work more on the quiting thing. P.S.
