I was pretty disciplined at avoiding all the sweets at work before the holidays, but during my days off between Christmas Eve and New Year I enjoyed a lot of snacking. I learned some healthier recipes to replace a couple of my guilty pleasures, but still gained about 4 pounds. More than anything, I missed the daily walking I've built into my work days. When I got back to work, I started entering my food and exercise into Fat Secret again, and three weeks later I'm back to my original weight, which is the lowest I've been all year. If I keep going I look forward to weighing in under 130 within a month or two.
