I am retired. I try to keep busy, but a lot of my busyness is sitting stuff. I jump rope once a day or at least 3 times a week. I feel most of my weight problems is portion control. I seem to be still hungry after a full meal. Sometimes I snack on nuts (pistachios), sometimes string cheese, sometimes beef sticks. Sometimes I get this awful urge for ice cream, cookies, or carbs like noodles, crackers, etc.

What helps me is to lecture myself. I ask, Whatever I start to eat will
it bring me closer to my goal or farther away. Also we always have eaten
more than we think. I know I do...I even forget to record what I ate.
Keep trying and someday you will be there..Almost there 2
