well 3 weeks now and only 10 pounds, seems like its at a stand still ... not sure what's going wrong... eating right and exercising, the only thing I know that's not so good is the reg. coffee. but if coffee keeps me fat then I'm doomed ... maybe I should try something else for awhile, who knows maybe that will work .. :(

Ten pounds in 3 weeks is super amazing. When I started losing the most I could lose was a pound. You are doing great. Keep up the good work. You will not be able to lose at that rate for long so don't get discouraged. A 2-3 lb loss a week is a good loss.
